We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received by our warehouse team. If we do catch your order in time we will only be able to amend the delivery addresses or we can cancel your order and refund your payment.

Personalised Products
During busy periods orders containing items that require our monogramming, embroidery or engraving services may take up to an additional 3 working days. A delivery estimate will be provided to you at the checkout. Please note, due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

During busy periods our Personalised Gold Foil Tag and Gift Card service may take longer to process. Rest assured, we will dispatch your perfectly personalised items as soon as they are ready!
