Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update 

During this ever-changing time, please be aware you may experience shipping and handling delays. While we’re working hard to get your goodies to you as soon as possible, our current estimated handling time is 3 days. Our dedicated courier will deliver your order per the estimate given at checkout. 

Shipping

Katieloxton.com/us ships to 48 states of the USA. We are currently unable to ship to any of the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, Canada, Armed Forces Americas.

We use FedEx to ship all orders. Please note, shipping costs, delivery timeframe and tax varies – for a more accurate estimate, please add your item to basket and a cost will be provided by entering your zip code during checkout. We try our best to deliver items during the estimated timeframe but this is not guaranteed.

Orders placed before 1pm (EST) Monday - Friday will be shipped same day. 

 


FedEx SmartPost/Economy

$5 or free for orders over $50.

From 2–7 business days based on the distance to your destination. Check transit times based on your zip code in your basket.

 


FedEx Ground

From $5 - $20 or free for orders over $100.

1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Check transit times based on your zip code in your basket.

 


FedEx Express/2Day

From $5 - $15 or free for orders over $100.

By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences). Check transit times based on your zip code in your basket.

 


PAYMENTS

We accept the following cards in payment for purchases made online: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron, American Express.

Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. Our checkout page uses an SSL certificate to secure all payment information. We use Stripe to process all payments, we do not record any payment data on our website.
